It started with a small meze kitchen in Bodrum.

Then came the gulets — weeks on the water, cooking for guests from all over the world, learning what people actually want when they sit down to eat somewhere beautiful. Not theatre. Not performance. Just food that tastes like somewhere.

That's what Gambilya Gathering is. Private dining for villas, yachts, and gatherings — rooted in the Aegean, built around the season.
